1. Bookings & Payments
  – Full payment is required to confirm a reservation unless otherwise specified.
  – Prices listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
  – We accept all major credit/debit cards and online payment platforms.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
  – More than 72 hours before booking start: Full refund.
  – Within 72 hours: 75% refund.
  – Within 48 hours: No refund.
  – No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.
  – For Turo rentals, cancellation policies follow Turos platform rules.

3. Tour & Shuttle Policies
  – Guests must arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss the departure with no refund.
  – We reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
  – All passengers must follow safety instructions and behave responsibly.

4. Vehicle Rentals
  – All vehicle rentals are subject to Turos rental terms and policies.
  – Renters are responsible for returning the car in the same condition and fuel level.
  – Any damage, excessive cleaning, or toll/traffic violations will be charged accordingly.

5. Liability Disclaimer
  – CA Travels and Tours Inc. is not liable for delays, injuries, loss, or damage caused during travel or rentals.
  – Customers assume all risks associated with outdoor activities and travel.
  – We recommend purchasing personal travel insurance.

6. Customer Responsibilities
  – Provide accurate personal information during booking.
  – Adhere to local laws and regulations during tours or rentals.
  – Respect guides, drivers, and other participants.

7. Privacy Policy
  – We collect customer data solely for booking and communication purposes.
  – Your information is not shared or sold to third parties.

8. Amendments
  – We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
