By booking any service with CA Travels and Tours Inc., you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before booking any tours, transportation services, or vehicle rentals.

1. Bookings & Payments
  – Full payment is required to confirm a reservation unless stated otherwise.
  – All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may change without prior notice.
  – We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment methods.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
  – More than 72 hours before service: Full refund.
  – Within 72 hours: 75% refund.
  – Within 48 hours: No refund.
  – No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable
  – Vehicle rentals follow Turo’s platform-specific cancellation policies

3. Tour & Shuttle Policies
  – Guests must arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss the service with no refund.
  – We reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
  – All passengers must follow safety instructions and maintain respectful behavior

4. Vehicle Rentals
  – All vehicle rentals are subject to Turos rental terms and policies.
  – Vehicles must be returned in the same condition and fuel level
  – Any damage, excessive cleaning, or toll/traffic violations will be charged accordingly.

5. Liability Disclaimer
  – CA Travels and Tours Inc. is not liable for delays, injuries, loss, or damage caused during tours and transportation services.
  – Travelers participate in activities at their own risk.
  – Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Customer Responsibilities
  – Provide accurate personal information at the time of booking.
  – Follow local laws and regulations.
  – Respect guides, drivers, and other participants.

7. Privacy Policy
  – Customer information is collected only for booking and communication purposes.
  – Your information is not shared or sold to third parties.

8. Amendments
  – We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
